north from poke center in snow point is santas house/tower. u will have to speak with one of his elfs, and he will give u a mission. but blv me u will get from this mission NOTHING

The 3rd elf will be tasked with earning 100 ultra ball! The first elves I met mentioned Mikoja on the island. and I need more clues XD
